Driving through Tennessee and into Kentucky was an experience. It was the most beautiful mountain view I had ever seen. The view was so beautiful that I had to stop my car and snap a quick picture.

These views were seen while we made our way to Mammoth Cave, KY. The cave is over 400 miles long with the potential of 600 more miles being unexplored, according to the U. S. Department of Interior.
It was such a unique experience to see something that was not manmade that was this vast.

A light fixture looks like a cross in the cave.
Timberlands make for great hiking boots.
Me, 5′ 2, in a “smaller” section of the cave.
The next stop in Kentucky was the Ark Encounter.
This was another awing experience. Having read the Bible and knowing the Ark was a very large boat, it still blew my mind to see it in person.

Flowers in the park.
The front of the Ark.
Walking in front of the Ark.
Overall, it was amazing trip that I would take again!
